Business and Administration

This full-time EQF level 4 (Baccalauréat Professionnel Gestion – Administration) course prepares students with responsibilities involved in a business administration role. By exploring the principles of a business environment, students develop knowledge about this sector.

They learn about the principles of providing administrative services, business document production and information management; communication (oral, written, or through e-mail) in a business environment, employer organisation, working relationships with colleagues and business partners, carrying out business administration tasks, and accountancy.

Reception and Customer Service

Baccalauréat Professionnel Accueil, Réception Clients Usagers: This full-time EQF level 4 course prepares students to start a career as receptionists / customer service assistants or customer advisers.

Customer service duties include communicating effectively with customers, resolving problems and improving customer relations.

Activities include: dealing with customers face-to-face, and over the phone; monitoring customer service interactions and feedback; promoting the products and services of the employer; hosting visitors at professional forums and tradeshows; carrying out administration tasks related to customer service.


Baccalauréat Professionnel Commerce: In this full-time EQF level 4 course, students develop skills such as sales and marketing techniques, processing goods, stock management, cashing up and assisting customers to make purchases.


All of our learners undertake work placements as part of their course : up to 14 weeks over two years, at EQF Level 3, up to 22-weeks over three years, at EQF Level 4, and up to 10 weeks over 2 years, at EQF Level 5.
